This vital role encompasses all aspects of Sponsor and Exhibitor care. Operations Assistant responsibilities involve close liaison with the sponsors/exhibitors in the run-up to the event, making sure that necessary materials are submitted on time and that all their requirements are met on site, including signage, exhibition space, AV requirements, Internet access, etc. Efficient administrative preparation prior to the event is key, and this also involves liaison with other departments internally as well as external suppliers in order to deliver a smoothly run event on the day.
