Ben Potgeter

Ben Potgeter has worked at ETNA Supply for over 30 years. His career began at a young age working in the warehouse fulfilling orders and also coordinated deliveries and shipments as a truck driver. Ben attended Purdue University where he graduated with a business degree in 1999. Once he was back from college, Ben started as the CEO of ETNA’s Holland, MI location. His career then shifted from operations to driving sales at ETNA working with local contractors in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. Ben sold many large projects such as the Devos Children’s Hospital and the JW Marriott builds. Both projects extremely extensive with many details. 12 years later he then took on managing the M & E Manufacturing division of ETNA Supply. M & E specializes in AWWA fabrication piping and this territory included all of the Midwest.  Ben was then presented with a new opportunity within the ETNA division to implement the marketing department 7 years ago. Throughout his time as VP of Marketing and currently CMO, Ben has overseen the launch of an e-commerce website for ETNA, strategically works with sales and operations to execute all of ETNA’s events yearly, and works cohesively with ETNA’s showroom (Infusion Kitchen and Bath by ETNA) to drive marketing initiatives and sales. Marketing at ETNA works with all lines of business and other entries under the ETNA Family of Companies. Additional to Ben’s CMO duties, he is also an active board member and a principal owner of ETNA Supply.
