Dushyant brings more than 25 years of experience helping global clients deliver amazing customer experience through digital and cloud solutions. He has spent last 15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem in various roles across Enterprise Strategy, Operations, Product Management and Consulting. Currently in Brillio, Dushyant heads the Digital Front Office practice which offers assessment, consulting and B2B CRM solutions to solve client challenges across commerce, marketing, sales and services. Previously, Dushyant held the positions of VP of Product Strategy at Salesforce.com, Director of Manufacturing solutions and Head of APAC Alliances at TIBCO software based out of Tokyo, Japan.
