Sunil Mirani is a co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Ugam Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he has overall responsibility to shape, and execute upon, the strategy of the company in line with the vision and mission of the founders. Combining the precision and logical thinking of an engineer, the creativity of a music lover, and the endurance and fitness of a sportsperson, Sunil is passionate about everything he does, guiding the teams in business development, corporate finance and driving the company’s strategic process of evaluating various inorganic growth options, partnerships and alliances. He has over 25 years of international business experience and prior to Ugam, he has served as the Head of Corporate Advisory at Sakura Capital India Limited, a joint venture between Sakura Bank (Japan) and his family owned KVS Group. Sunil graduated with distinction, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the Pennsylvania State University, USA.
