Tim J. Bauer is the Vice President Aftermarket , Vehicle Group N.A. for Eaton, a power management company.

In this role, Tim is responsible for all commercial aspects of the Aftermarket business while continuing to further develop and execute strategies to aggressively accelerate our growth and significantly improve our customer satisfaction.

Tim joined Eaton in 2017. He has extensive experience in the Aftermarket business in both North America and Europe. He has held roles in sales, marketing, business development, operations and product strategy and management.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Xavier University. Eaton is a power management company with 2016 sales of $19.7 billion.
