Amrita Tiwari

Amrita Tiwari is an experienced finance professional with a background in trading, US equities market microstructure, design and construction of bespoke trading strategies, transaction cost analysis techniques and cost models. Currently, she is a member of the Investment Consulting team at New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM). Prior to that, Amrita worked as an execution trader on the Fundamental Active Equity team at BlackRock. Her extensive experience also includes roles in execution consulting and quantitative research as well as leading the best execution committee at prominent asset management firms like Vanguard, Fidelity, and Citadel. Amrita was a finalist for the 2022 Women in Finance buy-side trader award. She holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.
