Emma Fulton has been working in learning and performance for over 13 years. She received graduate degrees within Healthy Policy and Applied Biomedical and Health Ethics, and conducted post-graduate work and research on the AAMC Medical Curricula Core Competencies and Risk Management trends. Prior to her role at Hill Physicians, Emma led hospital based health systems develop physician engagement strategies and training programs. Within the last 6 years, Emma has focused on helping ambulatory practices develop policies and protocols that support risk avoidance and complaint management protection within social media forums. At Hill Physicians Medical Group, Emma has led the network’s clinician well-being programs and improving the patient experience through operational process improvement, brand awareness, and application of communications training and development.
