Cécile Coudé is currently the Senior Director of Indirect Sourcing and Procurement at Canada Goose with accountability for all Indirect categories. She received a master’s degree from a French Business School which led to her first position as a Category Manager for Supply Chain at Sanofi. That first tenure sparked her interest in Sourcing and Procurement and led her to refine her Sourcing knowledge by completing a Master of Science Degree in International Purchasing (MAI) from Kedge Business School. This paved the way for her initial career as a Negotiator at Carrefour where she successfully negotiated competitive margins and assortment with FMGC companies such as L'Oréal or Unilever.

After moving to Canada, Cecile developed her Direct Sourcing and Product development expertise In Luxury Hospitality at Four Seasons and quickly leveraged Sourcing strategic role in managing key suppliers to bring innovative and quality goods to Customers. Cécile eventually returned to the Indirect side and set up different Sourcing organizations in the Retail Industry (Rexall/McKesson and Canada Goose), bringing her strategic vision of Sourcing acquired in Europe to Canada. She currently resides in Toronto with her husband and 2 young sons and wears a different Canada Goose jacket every week.
